Authorized Wholesale Distributor Criteria:
- Actively promote and sell WaterCop Automatic
Water Shut-Off products directly to homeowners, home
builders, and appropriate businesses in their trade
territory.
- Purchase initial start-up WaterCop inventory
within 30 days of appointment.
- Maintain an adequate minimum inventory
of WaterCop components in order to service the dealer’s
local market.
- Partner with locally licensed plumbing contractor(s)
for valve installation labor needs. (DynaQuip will assist
dealer in finding a plumbing partner upon request).
- Purchase all WaterCop product component inventory
directly from DynaQuip Controls.
- Offer at the time of sale a certified maintenance
service program to all purchasers of WaterCop systems.
- Contact sales leads delivered by DynaQuip in an expeditious
and courteous manner (no more than 5 business days).
- Agree to an annual sales objectives and goals (the
amount of which will be based on local market demographics
and agreed to prior to Dealer appointment).
- Maintain good credit standing with DynaQuip Controls.
- Keep all WaterCop and DynaQuip pricing information
confidential and for use by Dealer personnel only.
- Refrain from advertising dealer’s WaterCop market
selling prices on any internet site or other national
media, whether dealer owned or operated or third party
operated.
- Adhere to DynaQuip suggested retail list price recommendations.
- Honor DynaQuip’s nationally negotiated insurance
and home builder pricing contracts and product purchase
voucher programs.
- Agree to service the territory at the retail or contractor
level only. (Any distribution of WaterCop products for
resale will result in termination of Dealer).
- Honor all WaterCop warranty provisions and communicate
all product problems directly to DynaQuip Controls Customer
Service personnel.
- Provide product improvement and customer experience
feedback both positive and negative, directly to DynaQuip
Controls Customer Service personnel.
WaterCop Authorized Distributor and Dealers receive:
- Semi-exclusive territory based on current
trade area and local market(s) demographics.
- A promise of limited additional dealer
appointments in local market(s).
- Opportunity to earn exclusive or preferred
territories through continued outstanding sales performance.
- Equal share of sales leads generated from
within their territory through the WaterCop website
and all other national marketing and advertising programs.
- Commissions and service referrals for
portion of WaterCop website sales that are shipped to
addresses in Dealer’s sales territory.
- Compensation for WaterCop direct insurance
company and home builder contract sales that are shipped
to their sales territory.
- Sales awards and recognition for outstanding
sales performance and success.
- Full product training and support.
- Full marketing and technical materials
support.
- Preferred access to introduction and delivery of all
new WaterCop products.
- Discounted initial demonstration product and materials
packages.
- Assistance with local advertising funded as a percentage
of past purchases.
- E-mail, fax, or toll-free ordering and customer service.
- Opportunity to purchase custom sales brochures and
marketing materials.
DynaQuip reserves the right to add and/or remove Authorized Dealer/Installers
based on market territory sales performance and/or market
demographic changes.
