When an OEM customer ordered a pneumatic three-way valve for a prototype machine, DynaQuip went the extra mile to help them save more green, in more ways than one. The new machine allowed the customer to reuse and recycle a coating material rather than waste it. DynaQuip fine-tuned the original design multiple times until it fit and operated exactly as the customer wanted and needed, which has no extra fees attached. 

It’s just what we do to make sure the end result is nothing short of exceeding customer expectations. They’re now gaining traction with this new machine design and are building and selling these with great success. And they recently placed a new order for more valves. This is only one example of the productive, ongoing relationships we are building with our valued customers.
