Moisture collection and sediment buildup are the two biggest threats to your compressed air system and tools. Harmful water and sediment produced in the normal operation of air systems causes rust and corrosion to the structure if not removed from the system. These contaminates need to be drained manually or with equipment, to gain the maximum operation of the system. Excessive condensation leads to premature failure of tools and high maintenance or replacement cost. For compressed air, the DRAINMASTER can be used on receivers, dryers, tanks, and drop legs. Other uses for DRAINMASTER include sampling and purging a wide variety of clean liquids or gases.

Left to manual draining, air systems are often neglected or forgotten. Other types of automatic drains have small ports that clog up with sediment, scale and sludge. Float drain linkages immersed in steady corrosive drain solutions eventually clog and malfunction. Solenoid type drains use Y-strainers upstream that require frequent manual clean out.

What sets DRAINMASTER apart? The DRAINMASTER uses a full port brass ball valve that allows sediment and material to leave easily and quickly without clogging. The powerful electric motor operates the valve under the most adverse conditions without sticking and jamming. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 1 1/4″, we have a correctly sized solution for your piping needs.

DynaQuip now offers three series of electric rotary actuators; our DE and MA Series and the new SMART JE Series, offer AC and DC voltages and provide customers with compact, high-output actuators. DynaQuip electric actuators provide a solid foundation for automating almost any quarter-turn application, including existing valves of other brands and manufacturers. They are actuators of choice in cold temperatures, corrosive environments, and are easily integrated into distributed control systems.

Available accessories and options include various NEMA ratings to meet specific environmental requirements, Timers, Modulating Controls, Additional Auxiliary Limit Switches, Fail Safe Backup, Continuous Position Indicators, and Spring-Return Fail-Safe.

DynaQuip has taken the initiative to offer lead free industrial valve solutions to meet the requirements of California Assembly Bill AB1953, Vermont Senate Bill S.152, and Congress Legislation Bill S.3874. Our lead free valves are rated NSF/ANSI 372 and certified by CSA International.

DynaQuip EHW series Electrically Actuated Light Duty Brass Valves are perfect for open/close, 1/2″ through 1 1/4″ automated applications which have a low psi media requirement (200 psi CWP or less). From our WaterCop industrial family, these 2 piece forged brass valves are full port with RTFE seats and mount in any position for maximum installation flexibility. Pigtail connections facilitate quick wiring.

These NEMA4 light-duty valves have a 25% duty cycle and are suitable for water, oil, gas and other similarly viscous fluids. Valves are NSF/ANSI 372 (specify NSF/ANSI 372 for lead-free) rated for potable water.

Choose from multiple options including voltages: 110 VAC, 220 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC; Optional override handles; and feedback options (none, dry contact, live open/close).

• Media = water, oil, air compatible with brass
• Maximum pressure 200 psi
• Full flow valve (no restriction)
• Media temperature 35-165 deg F
• NSF/ANSI 372 approved valve for potable water service (NSF/ANSI 372 Lead-Free available)
• Requires 115 VAC (on-board pigtail) and a SPDT switch for full open/close.

Please note, these EHW series industrial valves require an open/close signal to operate and do not directly communicate with WaterCop wireless sensors and do not have an integrated WaterCop wireless receiver. Save time and steps associated with controlling remote valves by hand. The outdoor-rated NEMA-4 light duty NSF/ANSI 372 Certified Lead-Free valve is compatible with water, oil, air/gas and other similarly non-viscous fluids, up to 200 psi.
